Norwood Park in Bethesda/CC, at the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue and Norwood Dr. is the gem of the community. Recently renovated a few years ago, there is a large area for ages 5-12 with wood fiber surfacing, along with a rubber surfaced area with smaller tot equipment for 0-5. There are large open fields for soccer, baseball and the like.

There is parking, shade and port-a-potties, a couple of picnic tables and lots of fun play equipment.

This large park has playground equipment (2-5 and 5-12), tennis courts, baseball fields, and lots of green space! I often go past her on my runs, as this is connected to an offshoot of the Capital Crescent Trail.
