Geared more toward toddlers and younger children, this playground was restored in the fall of 1996 by the Central Park Conservancy. It accommodates disabled children. There is a fanciful colored pipe rail play area, a corkscrew water sculpture, bucket swings, and a sandbox with two sand tables.
