Located in one of Ankeny's newer developments, Watercrest Park is 11 acres complete with a basketball court, playground, shelter and green space. The north end of the park has a large rain garden and the entire park is encircled by trail. This trail also connects into the neighborhood and the Cherry Glen Pond, which is a 3 acre pond to the west of Watercrest.
