This is a nice park that has a covered pavilion with a grill and bathroom facilities. Also, there is a new skate park added to this park. The skate park is free to the public. The playground portion is not a standard playground. While it has equipment for the younger kids there is also alternative equipment designed for older kids.

Wish it had a play area better fit for the younger kids...I have a 2 1/2 year old and we visit family around the corner...he still enjoys watching the skateboarding though :)

What a great place to skateboard and playground under cover. We've been here 2 1/2 hours and the 3 kids I'm with don't want to leave. THey need more supervision and to kick the kids with the bikes out...thanks for the free skate park..love it.

Ok...did you really think a lot of people were going to show up at 12:15? no, I didn't. However, two sign ups was worth a couple of slices of pizza.

I want to know how much garbage was collected? Did you find any? The park is always clean and garbage free when I have been.

top 50 is what we need to make it to the next stage of the challenge, but who wants to be top 50 when they could be first.

I love bringing my dog with me everywhere, it would be nice if there was a spot at this park for my dog to play!

I will keep her on lease and pick up after her. I hate not being able to bring her when I take my son to any park. She loves being with the family and is the sweetest thing ever!

That is always a tough one. However, the City Council did recently identify Pet-Friendly Parks in Palm Bay. Palm Bay now has six City parks that have been designated as pet-friendly: Bill Madden Park, Dewar Park, Liberty Park (shelter and sidewalks only), Lynbrook Park, and Stearns Point Park. For more information, please call (321) 953-8912.

Hoping the weather is dry this weekend. Hard to skate in the rain.
