Separate play space for 2-5 year olds (tot lot). Veterans Park is a 0.87-acre urban plaza located on the Civic Center Campus south of the Lynnwood Library. In 1999, the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1040 erected a Veterans Memorial in the plaza. Visitors are invited to relax and remember veterans of past foreign wars with interpretive plaques and memorial brick pavers. Future plans for the park include signs depicting major battles of World War II, Korea and Viet Nam. The entrance sign at the Veterans Way entrance to the Civic Center was constructed as an Eagle Scout project in 2003.
