Separate play space for 2-5 year olds (tot lot). This half-acre park on the west side of Spragueu2019s Pond is located on the undeveloped street end of 52nd Avenue West. This mini park offers both active and passive recreational opportunities. Park users primarily include neighbors and users of Scriber Creek Trail. The park was developed in 1970.
