More of an athletic field than traditional park, this area has astro turf for sports and a running track around the field.
Running track & field, soccer field, space for football, basketball courts, handball courts – you name it, this place probably has it. It is located right in Chinatown. The B & D train station entrance is right next to the park entrance. I have volunteered to re-renovate this park last year by planting fresh new bushes, flowers, and small trees. Hence this place is looking much shaper this year. After a day of play, you can swing by Chinatown for some fresh authentic Chinese pastries. It may not be as big as Central Park, but it has 7.85 acres of space – plenty of room for everyone. Go and play some sports there!!
