The proposed improvements consist of the renovation of 5 acres, including a universally accessible playground designed to incorporate the history of Fairmount Park, including a preschool area, a school age area, water play area, picnic areas, sand play area, sensory wall area, renovation of existing parking lots, landscape renovation and irrigation improvements, including the installation of a smart irrigation controller.
