Amazing hang-out with two permanent sets of "travelling rings" in giant sandboxes. Also volleyball. Often slacklines, hula-hoops, etc, and groovy, friendly people. It's not actually at that intersection, but that is the closest entrance to Riverside Park (unless you count climbing over the wall slightly north of 103rd). You basically have to go down a couple of levels from there (walking west and down the steps, following the path a bit around to the right, across the "boulevard" and down another flight of steps). It's at the lowest level of the park with a chain link fence between it and the highway, and beyond that, the river.
