Average Rating: 4.7 (9 ratings)

This is a great neighborhood playground, with lots of communal toys, a sandbox, a blacktop area, and good quality playground equipment. There is also a baseball field adjacent to the playground.

Fun all around. It's a playground made from tires.

Actually this playground is at the Forest Hills Park. Forest Hills is spelt with one "r" even though there is a sign on the tennis courts with 2 r's. The location is actually west of where is shown on the map. The park and playground are bounded to the north by Chesapeake Street, to the south by Brandywine Street, to the west by an alley behind the Connecticut Avenue apartment buildings: Saratoga and Chesapeake, and to east by the Capitol Memorial Church with the next cross street being 31 Str, NW.
