What is so special about this park? It has a waterfront location at the most southern tip of New York City!!! Right next to the river overseeing Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty. This is a great relaxing place for your family to enjoy the beautiful scenery of green grass, flowers, and ocean view. A fantastic picnic area.
